Spend the night on a private

Ayers Rock, Australia.
SKY BED SLEEPOUTS
There’s something undeniably romantic about falling asleep beneath
a sky ablaze with stars – especially when it's done in unbridled luxury.
Across the world, a handful of hideaways have perfected the art of
the star bed, allowing guests to sleep immersed in nature without
compromising on comforts. At the sophisticated Wilderness Little
Kulala retreat in Namibia, each plush suite features a bed on the roof
terrace, inviting you to drift o昀昀 amidst the star-strewn beauty of the
oldest desert on Earth. In Australia, Longitude 131° o昀昀ers “swags”
so guests can spend a night on their private decks, falling asleep to
desert silence and waking to the 昀椀rst light over Uluru, also known as
Ayers Rock. And, for the ultimate castaway fantasy, the Milaidhoo

MOONLIT MARINE ENCOUNTERS
The Muraka, a 昀椀rst-of-its-kind underwater villa, home to arguably
the most exclusive suite in the world, provides an astounding
after-dark experience. Located at the opulent Conrad Maldives
Rangali Island, this architectural triumph features a master bedroom
submerged over 16 feet below sea level, allowing guests to sleep in
a 180-degree curved acrylic dome with unobstructed views of the
surrounding reef and its abundant marine life. At dawn and dusk,
the reef becomes even more active, and guests can personalise the
colour-changing reef lighting from their bedside, revealing the reef
sharks, rays, and countless rainbow-hued 昀椀sh.
For those looking to get even closer, the resort also o昀昀ers marine
biologist-led night dives and snorkelling safaris to spot species
seldom seen during the day, from rare rays to nocturnal reef 昀椀sh.
And, if you’re lucky, you may even witness the ‘Sea of Stars’ – a

surreal but spellbinding phenomenon where the water shimmers
with a blue glow caused by thousands of bioluminescent plankton.
